Appointments 

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

To start scheduling our services (For new and or existing clients) please understand appointments are on a first come basis and dates do fill up fast.  All new clients will be subject to an  in-home meeting prior to the dates reserved. This time is used to meet one another, introduction to all pets who will be under our care, feeding regiments, medications and possible health issues and husbandry for small animals. 

As days do fill up quickly, we provide the opportunity where you can schedule your reservation as early as you would like in the physical year. Example: In January , you can make reservations through December.  So if you have plans for any Holiday , it's NEVER too soon to reserve.

HOLIDAY INFORMATION:

IMPORTANT,   We Operate 365 days a year! Including Holidays, large or small. Holiday rates are slightly increased due to the time in year, we encourage the reservations of these days as soon as possible to guarantee  those dates. Reservations for these dates are first come, first serve. We accept reservations up to 1 year in advance. Select dates per year will be taken for personal dates. those dates will be posted on our insta and our fb at the beginning of each year. 


                                                                                       Cancellation Policy

Here at Safe at Home, we understand plans change and that's okay! if you need to alter or cancel your dates reserved, again its best to let us know as soon as possible, others may want or need those dates. You can cancel up to the week before your appointment without a cancelation fee after that there will be a 25% cancelation fee for non-holiday dates and a 50% cancelation fee for Holiday Dates.
